The Rizzotti Family is comprised of Shelley Rizzotti, her husband, Christopher, and mom, Connie. Their unique team is dedicated to giving you the highest imaginable degree of customer service and care. Most likely, one of the most important transactions you will ever make is the buying or selling of a home and The Rizzotti Family understands that, owning homes and investment property themselves.
Shelley has been recognized locally and statewide for her achievements. She attributes her success to hard work, her supportive family, anticipating the needs of her clients, knowledge of the ever-changing real estate market and contracts, understanding different types of financing and just following The Golden Rule. In December of 2003, Shelley was given the esteemed honor of Realtor of the Year by the Burbank Association of Realtors. Shelley holds a Broker's License, is a Notary Public for the State of California and holds a GRI (Graduate Realty Institute) certificate, which is similar to an accountant having a CPA certificate. Shelley graduated with honors from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology. She loves to decorate and is quite a seamstress. Shelley is also a passionate animal lover as evidenced by her 3 rescue dogs Mayday, Higgins and Zippy.
Christopher is a Burbank native. He graduated from John Burroughs High School and then went on to the University of La Verne where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing and management. In addition to a Real Estate Broker's License, Christopher holds an Insurance Broker's License and is a Notary Public for the State of California. Christopher also manages The Rizzotti Family properties and has been a principal participant in several renovation projects. Recently Christopher obtained the SRES designation (Senior's Real Estate Specialist), which makes him knowledgeable about the special needs of seniors and ways to save them money when selling. Chris is an avid sports fan, enjoying his Dodger season tickets and he loves to play golf at Lakeside Golf Club, where he and Shelley are members.
Connie has run a farm and flying service and helps with everything from organizing files, to running estate sales. She is Christopher and Shelley's constant cheerleader. She moved from Louisiana to California to be closer to her daughter, Shelley. Connie actively participates in her community, particularly through her church family and blood drives to benefit the Ralph M. Parsons Blood Donor Center at Providence/St. Joseph Hospital in Burbank.
They all work really hard, but have a lot of fun working with each other and have emitted that sense to their clients. They make sure every detail, large or small, is taken care of, and with three of them working for you- it does get taken care of!!!
